I have to admit that my sales experience at another Ford dealership was one of the worst purchase experiences I have had. Windward Ford has completely flipped the experience around with their service team. They are responsive and have made the car purchase a much better decision. Process of making an appointment online was seamless. Service team is good and quite transparent. I did ask for a full synthetic oil change twice while speaking with my service representative, Will Soong. When I received the invoice at the end of the service, it stated synthetic blend. I can’t help but feel that I was upsold on a few things I didn’t really need, like an “engine cleaning agent” and some kind of fuel additive. But that’s how it goes sometimes. All in all I paid $715 for an oil change and a quick “multi-point” inspection. I was given the estimate for that ahead of time, so like I said, they were transparent. Will more than likely find alternative means in the future to take care of my car. Not because of this service team and dealer, but because Ford at large has become greedy and their products are unreliable at best.

Making an appointment was easy. Text reminders were nice. Drop off was also easy and efficient. Service personnel were friendly and professional. Auto was done quickly and as expected! Great communication all the way!

Took my Maverick in for routine maintenance, safety check, safety recall and check on shifter issue. All done by the time promised (a rarity!). Great service from Justin!
