Absolutely the worst experience I have ever with any dealership in my life. It is a fleet vehicle and was told only person who handles fleet is Justin Uchida. His lack of follow up and communication skills is apalling. When I made the appt I requested they order a new key fob so all the work could be done on the same appointment which was 3.5 weeks out (they confirmed that was enough lead time to get the fob in stock). I show up for the appt and there's no fob (another service person mentions its likely that my fob was sold to someone else even though my fleet company paid for it in advance). So for appointment #1 - was told they need to keep my car overnight. In reality they kept my car for 3 days.... for a simple oil change and Ford recall. Service dept phone goes unanswered and you cannot leave a voicemail. Without service answering their phone to find out on when I could pick up my car, I resorted to calling sales dept who answers in 1 ring. Then I had to really beg the sales person into walk 2 min to service dept to find out what's going on with my car. Sales person refused and then I started begging! Explaining that the dealership has had my car for 3 days, it's Friday and I need my car, especially because a hurricane was coming and I didn't feel safe without transportation. He puts me on hold, then comes back and says it will be ready soon but service told they only had my car for 1 day! Why the lies??? I finally get my car late Friday afternoon (3 days after dropping it off). Unfortunately I had to go back second time to have new key fob programmed - had it not already been paid for - I would have gone to a different Ford dealership. At appt # 2, told Justin, I will voluntarily leave my car overnight to give you more than enough time to program fob and cut key. He said it would be ready by 1pm next day. I called dealership to confirm it be ready as I needed to uber there - again the service dept would not answer phone so I called main number and asked receptionist to talk to Justin, after long hold, was told she spoke with him and he said, key was cut and he's in middle of programming fob so it would be ready by the time I get there. Take $65 uber ride and arriving 45 min later to find out the fob was still not programmed and Justin was not event at the dealership. Told he will be back soon.....I am kept waiting nearly 3 hours and it's almost closing time for service dept (another service person said he had to pick up a car from impound lot and since he's the only Fleet person - they cannot help me). He finally shows up back at dealership just before closing. He looks surprised to see me and I have to remind him to program my fob. He says give me a few more minutes, then they close the service window so I knock on the door and told him he cannot go home until he finishes. He finally gets one of the mechanics to program it = which takes only a couple of minutes. The mechanic says, he was about to go home and I was luckly he could do it before he left. Justin stood there watching him program Fob and never once apologized or even acknowledged that he wasted 3 hours of my time. Again - why lie saying he was programming it 3 hrs earlier and it turns out, he didnt know how to program it himself. Again the worst customer service experience of my life!

We live in Ewa Beach, but the trip over to the windward side was well worth it. Besides having the best prices on the type of SUV we were looking for, the folks at Windward Ford seemed genuine…unlike the sharks you meet at these big dealerships closer to home. If you want a good no-hassle deal, strongly recommend you check them out.

Efficient Straight forward Great experience

Professional yet easy to work with

Terrible communication. Upfront promises and quotes did not come through. I called multiple times to find out pick up times and/or updates. I got called back an hour before they close with an update that they did some work. They had the van for 2 days now going on three. Got a call the next morning of the cost that would have totaled over $6,000. I did not give approval. Changed the brake light and did a tune up that cost over $3,000 but was quoted $2,100 but rebates and a discount of the part from 1,300 to 900 that would bring the price down from the $2,100 cost. No rebate nor discount was applied & cost jumped up over $1,000 plus more for no extra work done to justify the additional cost. I would be okay if upfront cost and expectations were explained and agreed upon. Great Mechanics. Poor Communication and terrible customer service. I will never go back nor recommend this place to anyone.
