Horrendous experience, I purchased a 2023 Ford Maverick from Windward Ford after being assured the vehicle had been inspected and was ready for sale. Before delivery, a major leak was discovered that should have been identified during any legitimate inspection. After the dealership kept the vehicle for repairs and represented that the issue had been resolved, the truck became inoperable after only six days of use and had to be towed.

Will was great at letting me know what was happening to my vehicle. The only thing they had it for half a day but didn’t do any work on it. I was in for 3 recalls and they didn’t have parts for any of them and couldn’t tell me when the parts would be available.
We purchased a vehicle from this dealership in March and, unfortunately, the post-sale experience has been extremely frustrating.
While the sales process felt professional at the time, the service afterward has been disorganized and inconsistent. We were instructed to return shortly after purchase for a safety inspection sticker, only to be told the dealership was out of stickers. What followed was multiple return visits—now totaling six trips to the dealership over approximately 10 weeks—to try and resolve basic post-sale requirements.

Windward Ford is a great dealership, they have that small town family feeling. Everyone was friendly and helpful, the process was smooth and my salesman Al was top notch! I highly recommend buying a Ford from them.
Quick recognition that we had arrived. Wil greeted us right away and began logging us in…. Friendly conversations interspersed with the type and degree of service we wanted to expend. Soon we were on our way for some breakfast confident the friendly staff would have us back on the road for our safe drive home. In about 2 1/2 hours our vehicle was done and we were done.

Joshua Nielson Willis was the person we worked with and he was excellent! BUT with Winward Ford, the vehicle was not cleaned (inside), and the fenders were not replaced to be street legal and the license plate was not placed legally so we could not get a safety check. We did not personally work with Cody.

I originally brought my vehicle in for suspension recall work. I received my vehicle back and the alignment was done incorrectly. When I took it back they looked at it and claimed the vehicle suffers from body roll. When I showed them the internet search they are now going to look at it again. I just want it back in the same condition that it left. This is the second time here I left with out them fixing the issue

After 55 days I'm still trying to get my registration, title safety inspection papers. 3 weeks ago Trevor blamed DMV. They cashed my check very quickly. I had a great experience at Windward Ford. Setting up my appointment was incredibly easy, and they were always easy to reach for any questions. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. I really appreciated the flexibility of an early 7:30 a.m. drop-off and the ability to pick up my car later in the evening. It was also a huge plus to be able to track my service progress in real time. To top it off, my car had been cleaned when I picked it up. I highly recommend them!

Customer service is great… once you get ahold of them. I spent hours on the phone waiting or calling back multiple times tryin to get a hold of someone (this is more than one occasion not just once) Once getting service on the line they are super friendly and willing to answer any questions in full detail. I would give 5 stars but they need a better way to communicate

Windward Ford has probably been the worst dealership I have been to. I bought a 24 Ranger Lariat back in September of last year and the external run window moldings had some cuts and marks. We both agreed that the Dealer would replace the run window moldings at a later date when parts were available. It is the end of March and the parts are apparently available with the Manager stating that he was saving me the last one that came in. This is after getting the run around since the purchase of the vehicle to inquire about the parts availability.

Since purchasing my Ranger in 2023, I've turned to this dealer ship to service my vehicle on a routine basis. They're in my neighborhood so its very easy and convenient. Setting up an appointment is easy online. I select when I want to bring it in. I drop it off at their service counter to a friendly and professional staff.
